My Daugher as Anna from Frozen

My daughter decided to do her interpretation of the winter version of Anna from Frozen. Here are some pictures of her at a Christmas Event she attended.

The cloak, gloves and hat are made from Blizzard fleece, the skirt is flannel. Her bodice is velvet and shirt is cotton. I custom embroidered the skirt, bodice, gloves and hat with Nordic designs. The embroidery took about 15 hours total.

Elsa Costuming... teaching my daughter to do her own costumes

My daughter has decided to start cosplaying. So, I decided to teach her to sew herself. She attended "FanimeCon" here in the Bay Area a couple weeks ago and attended as "Elsa" from Frozen. I actually sewed the dress, cape and base of bodice, but she did all of the embellishments. I think it turned out beautiful.
